ClearPath Essential starts at $125 for qualifying single-form preparation, while ClearPath Court Packet starts at $495 for qualifying multi-form preparation. These preparation packages are distinct from filing coordination and from court, provider, delivery, or process-server fees.

Is the $125 filing service a universal filing quote?
No. The $125 filing service is an add-on with scope confirmed for the packet and court. Court fees, provider fees, copies, delivery, process service, and other third-party charges are separate.
How are Essential and Court Packet different from filing?
Essential starts at $125 for qualifying single-form preparation. Court Packet starts at $495 for qualifying multi-form preparation. Those are preparation packages; the separate $125 filing service is an add-on.
Can ClearPath tell me what to file or when?
No. You or your attorney select the forms, court, requested relief, and timing. ClearPath cannot calculate legal deadlines, give strategy, or decide whether a filing protects your rights.
How long does filing support take?
Timing depends on packet completeness, signatures, payment, filing method, provider availability, clerk queues, and rejection. Court acceptance and processing are outside ClearPath's control.
Does ClearPath guarantee court acceptance?
No. Administrative review can reduce avoidable errors, but clerks and judges decide acceptance and may request corrections. No acceptance, hearing date, order, or outcome is guaranteed.
Can ClearPath e-file in every court?
No. Availability varies by court, division, case type, and filing. ClearPath can coordinate e-filing where the court and provider permit after scope confirmation.
Is service of process included?
No. Process-server coordination is separately priced and the server fee is additional. ClearPath cannot advise whether, when, or how service must occur.
