What an LDA Registration Means

Registration does not mean a Legal Document Assistant is licensed to practice law or supervised by the State Bar. An LDA may prepare client-selected documents at the client's direction and may not provide legal advice.

Verifying Our Registration

Before engagement, request the registrant's current name, county, registration number, expiration date, and bond or cash-deposit information. Verify the registration with the filing office identified in those records.

Bond Information

A bond or cash deposit required by law is not a guarantee of results or automatic reimbursement. No ClearPath bond amount, issuer, effective dates, coverage, or filing status is verified on this website.
