Is ClearPath a law firm?

No. ClearPath is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or court representation. ClearPath provides legal document preparation services for self-represented clients.

Can you help with divorce documents in the Bay Area?

Yes. ClearPath can help prepare divorce and family law documents at the client's direction, including petition packets, response packets, default documents, judgment paperwork, and related court forms.

Can you file documents with the court?

ClearPath can assist with filing support and document organization where available. Filing fees, court fees, service fees, and third-party costs are separate from document preparation fees.

Do you help with living trusts and deeds?

Yes. ClearPath can assist with living trust documents, wills, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, trust transfer deeds, grant deeds, quitclaim deeds, and related property document preparation at the client's direction.

Do I need an attorney instead of an LDA?

Some matters require legal advice or representation. ClearPath cannot advise you about your rights, options, defenses, legal strategy, or which forms to use. If you need legal advice, you should speak with an attorney.
